CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation + Rescheduling Policy: At Just Bronzed® appointment times are reserved exclusively for each client and often require advance preparation, travel planning, and schedule blocking. For that reason, we require the following: * Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will result in 50% of the full service booked * Missed appointments will result in 100% of the full service booked This policy is in place to protect reserved appointment times and support the flow of business. It also helps encourage clients to honor their booking, or re-book with proper notice, rather than cancel last minute. By booking, clients acknowledge and agree to this policy.
